My husband, Noal, graduated from MSU the same year. Go State! Currently we live in Gurnee, Illinois, about an hour north of Chicago. Noal and I have been pretty busy with careers and thus no children, but we have managed (barely) the responsibility of our dog, Maggie! My career originaly started with Counseling; I worked with senior citizens, foster children, transplant and cancer patients. Not entirely satisfied, I did a 180 and am now working for Takeda Pharmaceuticals as a rep. I threw myself into the wide world of business! Yikes! Noal is a bit more focused and is now the Product Manager for an internet start-up. All and all, life is great! If anyone plans on visiting Chicago, let me know! Hope all is well with all of you! |

I graduated from EMU with a bachelor's in Psychology/Social Work in 1994 and with my master's in Social Work/Psychology in 2001. I am currently a School Social Worker for the Pontiac School District. I am getting ready to go into private practice, hopefully this fall! I married my college sweetheart Kevin Beverly. He played football for the AFL and CFL for a few years but now works for Johnson and Johnson as a Neurosurgical Sales Representative. We have two beautiful boys, Myles-4 and Carter-10months. We just built a home out in Ypsilanti Twp, just outside of Ann Arbor. We have recently begun exploring the real estate market and have bought a few invesment properties in the area. I was just in Lapeer last weekend for the first time in about 11yrs,it was wild! I met up with Angie Lopez and Kristie Kneisel and checked out some of the old haunts. I can't believe how much things have changed, but at the same time much has stayed the same! |

I really can't believe we've been out of high school as long as we have. I graduated in the top 15% of my class from Purdue University with my Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. It's hard to believe since my high school years were spent socializing...academics weren't a priority then. However, I managed to graduate on time. I am hoping to return to school to complete my Masters degree within the next couple of years. I am currently working for a Commercial Development Company in Indiana and also do the "books" for 17 companies as well as property manage numerous commercial properties. I have a beautiful and intelligent 10 year old daughter and a handsome, very active, 5 year old son. Between work and all of their extra curricular activities I have little time for anything else. I have been with my husband for 15 years in April. (That is hard to believe sometimes, too!) |

Our children are Ashley 13, Brandi 10, Austin 9, and JaeLynn 4. Norm and I keep busy with his plumbing and mechanical business. He also just decided to open a spray foam company this last summer. I attended Norwestern Michigan College in Traverse City for 2 years, then went to Bible College for 5, still one more year to go! Although I also will be a lifetime student I'm sure, so much to learn! My husband and I are youth pastors at Light of the North Christian Center in Traverse City Michigan, the area I have lived in for the last 10 years. Our newest project is a youth center called The eXcellent Generation Teen Center, or The X. A place to kids to come and get off the streets, play games, pool, video games, with a cafe, concert center, you name it, we're putting it in! It also has a mentoring center, and programs scheduled. This is my dream! I was a teenage runaway, alcoholic before I was old enough to drink, and pregnant at 19. This is my heart, to help all those teens out there who are living on the streets like I did, and give them a reason for living, Jesus Christ! Okay, you can all pick up your jaws off the floor, yes, my life has changed quite a bit! I apologize to anyone and all that I was mean and rude to! I know I was not a nice kid, but wow, has God changed my life! My husband and I are thinking about opening our own cafe, serving breakfast and lunch, and open nights on weekends for a teen hangout, it will be an outreach center in the city of Frankfort, where we live. also I would like a soup kitchen in it on one night a week, to feed the hungry! Big dreams, big adventures, big heart for hurting teens, and with God, it is all happening! God bless you all! So nice to see that everyone has a nice life. At least the one's who registered! I am planning to go EMU in the winter, hopefully to get the next phase of my education done. I have three children Zac (15), Abby (11), and Kimi (6). We live in Canton, MI. I am remarried to Caleb Gilbert from Riverview, MI. We enjoy an array of activities which include geocaching, biking, and ice cream. Who doesn't like ice cream?? After graduating highschool John Giamporcaro and I were married in Biloxi Mississippi. We then traveled to Hawaii, Idaho, and Japan because he was in the Air Force. We divorced in 1999, and I moved back to Michigan - he moved back to New Jersey. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management in 2006, and started working at the University soon afterwards. Right now we are loving life, loving God, and making it work - not sure how, but that is okay too. There is a lot more to this story, but would take a long time to write. Throughout the time I have been working here, ( feels like forever) I have been going to school, and as this Winter I finally graduated from Oakland University with my happy little degree in Communications! So-on with the "new" job hunt! YAY!! In Dec. of this year my fiance' flew me to Paris and proposed on the Seine river in front of the Eiffel Tower. (No kidding, I am a very lucky girl!) Wedding plans, for those of you who have not gone through this yet, are not fun. We are getting married this August and it seems like everybody and their brother decided to get married this year too. My fiance' and I will be residing in Farmington Hills, as he already has a house there. He (Tim) does computer graphics for sports television so he gets to travel with the Tigers all summer (I know, I know) and the Redwings all winter! I am working as a project engineer for a similar (better) company and am still in the steam and boiler industry. We have a 2 year old son (Keaton) and a girl (Kathryn) due January 25th. Amanda is taking some time off to be with the kid(s) before opening a private (psychological) practice/reading center here in Raleigh. It's good to hear from my old friends. I can more quickly respond to the latter. I travel a little and maybe we can meet up somewhere. Hockey is as popular here as it is up North; although it hasn't caught on with school systems yet. That's ok, more for us old guys! We lived in New Jersey for several years while my husband completed his Ph.D. and I worked in academics and then in a biotech company. We moved to western Michigan in 2000 and I worked at Pharmacia in Kzoo. We excitedly welcomed our daughter, Jillian, into the world in 2001. She just makes life fun! In 2003, Pfizer took over Pharmacia and Pfired everyone in my division. Since then, we’ve lived in the Indianapolis area where I work at Lilly with many of my coworkers from Pharmacia. We really like the Indy area. It’s a great place to raise a family. We finally feel like we’re putting down some roots and are becoming more involved in our community. As the saying goes, “It’s all good!” Hope the same is true with you ;-) |

Katarina is a few months into Kindergarten, and boy, that child is going to give us a run for our money, LOL - my parents keep telling me she is JUST like me but I don't see it! She is WILD - you'd think she was raised by chimpanzees or something: Gotta touch everything, goofs around constantly and chatters INCESSANTLY - ohmylord. And my 'quiet boy', Liam? He started preschool this year and is apparently the exact opposite of his sister IN school (his teacher and I just shake our heads about how different they are, b/c she had Kat, too, the past two years) but AT home - he now thinks he's a demolition derby car or something - crashing into EVERYTHING - on PURPOSE! What is up with that? I guess he's just a boy . . .???? It was really neat to read some of the things going on in your lives. I've been married for 15 years, to Mike Willemsen. I have a daughter Shawnamarie, she's 14 years old. I also have a little boy we adopted, named Cameron. Cameron is 8 years old. I live in Gladstone Michigan. I don't have the opportunity to come to Lapeer very often or for very long, but It would be great to see some of you again. I no longer have diabetes. | 1990 | (Reichert) Witham, Michele | Nov 10, 2004 at 10:28:20 | I have been married to Don Witham for 14 years. We have four Boys. Jeremy 14, Jacob 12, Logan 3,and Luke 11 months. Don is self employed as an owner operator driving tractor trailer. Withams Trucking. I am currently a stay at home mom until our little ones get a little bit older. I was an emt before we decided on having our last two. We gave up on having any little girls. (With all these boys I don't know what I would do with a girl anyways.) We are very happy with our boys. We have been living in northeastern lower michigan for almost ten years and we love it. We are near Lake Huron and the Ausable river. Lots of hunting and fishing!!!
