Barkhuysen, Iris | Aug 24, 2006 at 05:44:54 | Hi Guys.... Yes it is one of those crazy exchange students adding her life to this. A lot of years have passed by and I am glad to say a lot has changed. When I got back to Holland I still had to graduate 'dutch' style, which I did. I then had several jobs including working for the radio as a producer and dj and as a flight attendant for an international airline, so I got to see a lot of the world. Right now I am working as a computer-manager for a healthcare organisation but I am on the verge of making a career move. I already started my own little non-profit organisation and I give courses among other things and I am currently working on a book I am writing. My plans are to travel more once my house is sold, and with all the places I have been, MI is still on my list... But I will also be travelling through the country together with my cat so if you like to meet up.. let me know iris99@zonnet.nl

(Clouse)Clouse, Janel | 8/3/2001 at 6:04:55 AM | Hello everyone. Wow! Reading all of these updates sounds like everyone has done really well since high school. since high school, I have two beutiful but bratty and spoiled kids, Jacob who is 8 and hannah who is 6 going on 16. I am not nor have I ever been married which was a good thing after being with my childrens father for seven years. Now I am even more unmarried than I was two years ago when I left him for a multi-millionaire from Flint. didn't think they lived that close did ya? Neither did I! But unfortuntaely, while having the best sex ever, he died and left a very nice fortune for me in his will. You know good things come to those who wait or just cheat. Well, since high school I have been very busy trying to figure out what it is I want to do with my life. I have been to school for just about everything so it seems and have worked just about anywhere. I like doing everything that I have done and that's what makes it so difficult to find a career that will fit me and my lifestyle with kids and all. My son is playing for the Lapeer Steelers this year and my daughter is going into dance plus their own schooling on top of that. My plan as of right now is to go to Baker to become a Massage Therapist and I am going to start taking classes for Real estate agent and an appraisalist person. I hope I get invited to the ten year reunion since I didn't for the five year and I worked very hard for that diploma. so if you want to get in touch you can e-mail me at SweetVanillaJanel@yahoo.com. See ya.

Dimmer, Matt | 12/18/2001 at 7:01:10 AM | Ah, the end of another year. 10 year reunion. Damn we are getting old. Switched jobs, got sick of driving from Royal Oak to Ann Arbor. I now am with J. Walter Thompson, the ad agency. I work in a special design group called the Park. We do alot of stuff for Ford. It's cool. So Stacy is an art director in GR? Huh. I was just thinking about when we ran into you at the BOB like 3 years ago. The west side is pretty kick gluteal, but there's not quite as much to do. Well, to bad the other boners in our class haven't stumbled on this page to fill out a little bio. See ya in the summer. Dimmer
(Schlicht)Duncan, Dawn | 7/18/2003 at 12:29:29 AM | Well, I am sorry to see that no one really visits this page anymore or they have nothing exciting happening in their lives. As for me and my family we are doing great. Five days before Christmas 2003 I will have one of those fancy BBA degrees in management. With any luck I will find a job shortly after that and start on my Masters in Human Relations in March of 2004.Sorry I miss the reunion, but I am glad everyone had fun. Talk to you all later. Feel free to contact me at dawnandace469@juno.com or dmduncan@students.davenport.eduLater :)
Elder, Michelle | 9/1/2003 at 3:57:36 PM | Hello everyone, I cannot believe we are past our 10 year and are just getting older. How scary! Not only that we are now all becoming thirty-something and married with children. Well, most of us. I however am one of the few who remain unmarried and still single. And that is an endangered species indeed. People ask me if I have kids and I tell them that I have a 9-year-old Great Dane....which I can tell you does not fulfill my mothers want for grandchildren. I tell Mom that the granddog is a good placeholder however she is not buying it. Well enough about that! As for the last 11 years. They have been not without problems but over all its been good. I was a practicing Paramedic in Saginaw for 10 of those years with the last 4 working on the Helicopter for Saint Mary's FlightCare. A job that I loved dearly and miss just as much. Now, I have turned my Helicopter in for commercial travel. I perform nerve conduction studies on patients in doctors offices all across the Country. Which all that really means is that I find my self chronically lost in major cities like New York at night trying desperately not to make the morning news. Anyhow that is but a little of my last 11 years, I am in Lapeer when not traveling, which although still is void of a Starbucks is a good place to call home. I would love to hear from the old gang. Please drop me an email and all of you take care of yourselves.
Fox, Philip | 12/11/2001 at 11:54:33 AM | After graduation I moved to New york and lived there for a couple of years. After that I decided to move back to Michigan and to get a career going. I currently live in Burton and I am working in Auburn Hills at Jabil Circuit.

(Smith)Grzesiek, Cathleen | 6/21/2002 at 7:19:51 AM | I was looking for info on the reunion, and found this site. It's so cool to see what everyone's been up to since graduation. It's hard to believe it';s already been 10 years! I graduated in 1996 from MSU with a dual degree in history and political theory. After graduation, I moved to Charlottesville, VA and got my M.A. in history from the University of Virginia. I had originally intended to get my PhD, but absolutely hated grad school, so I left grad school and found a job. I've spent the last 5 years working for the American Heart Association in Richmond, VA, where I'm currently a community advocacy program director. I married my college sweetheart, Rob, in 1997, and our son Jack just turned 1 last week.
Hancock, Raymond | 9/7/2003 at 4:22:11 PM | hello all i know i already put in something but things have changed since then. the person i was with left me and i foundthe person of my dreams and i have moved back to michigan. i now live in westland michigan with nikki and her 3 wonderful girls. i have never been happier then i am right now. i never finished college but i say i am doing very well for myself now. i hope everyone is doing well and having a blast with life even tho high sucked for me, but i wouldn't change a thing that happened. cause if anything would have changed i wouldn't bee were i am now.
(Hancock)Hancock, Sarah | 1/28/2002 at 9:55:16 AM | Hey, Everyone!!! It's been a long time since I've seen any of you. I went in the Navy right after graduation, spent two years in Naples, Italy (LOVED IT) and two years in Virginia Beach. Got out of the Navy, had my son, who just turned six (I can't believe I'm getting that old) and went back to school. I Work at a graphics design company, still go to school and that's about all I have time for. My fiance, Jason, and I have been together for almost four years. We just bought a house in my old neighborhood in October. So things are going pretty well. I'm still working on my degree in echocardiographic technology. I'll be done with school someday. Hope to see you all at the 10-year!!!
Harahuc, Adam | 7/30/2002 at 6:06:35 PM | Hey everybody!10 Years have gone by... wow! I can't be this old can I?Since high school I attempted college at Mott but slowly learned that Mott wasn't for me. By the term "slowly" I mean that I was at that school for 4 years both full and part time....So I stopped going there and started to persue radio. I was an on-air jock for Wings 103 a couple of years ago but I can't canned! It the radio business that kind of stuff happens all the time. Since then Wings 103 became Radio X Rock 103 and is now US 103.1. You see what I mean? After being let go from Wings I went to Specs Howard School of Broadcast Arts concentrating in radio. I graduated pretty high in my class but haven't really put an honest attempt into looking for a job in radio. One reason is that, because of Specs Howard, I'm interested in advertising. I'm thinking of pursuing a job as a copy writer or a productionist. The second reason why I'm not in radio is that I'm spending all my free time performing in and working for the band Saint Paulie Street. This is band that I formed, w/ 3 other guys, back in 1999. I play guitar and I'm the business coordinator. Which means I book gigs, handle money, make sure my band mates don't destroy anything... etc. I spend A LOT of time in smokey bars trying to sell the band to club owners.Since we started the band we've released 2 cds. Some of our songs have been heard on WRIF 101, Banana 101.5, and Radio X (the station I was dismissed from.... full circle) And we are gathering quite a fan base. Our web site averages between 10 - 15 hits per day. And we've even played Lapeer Days!! Twice!!!!Would like to see everyone at the 10 year reunion. Any info on that would be greatly appreciated. Email me at adam@saintpauliestreet.com
Hartwell, Kelly | Sep 21, 2006 at 21:44:13 | I hope everyone is doing well. I can't believe it's been 14 years since we walked the halls of East. So much has changed. I moved to California in 1996 and I love it here. I come back to Michigan at least once a year to visit for one reason or another. I'll be back for a wedding December 9th. I lived in Palm Springs, CA for the first 9 years and now I reside in Huntington Beach, CA (the OC) where the weather is nearly perfect all year round. I wake most mornings with the smell of the ocean in the air, which is enough to put a smile on my face daily. My cat Bailey is the love of my life. I have a great career. I'm the Global OEM Sales/Marketing Manager for a medical technologies company. We manufacture life support products. I take the core technologies that we developed to be used with our products and I sell them to other medical manufacturers scattered across the US, Europe and the Pacific Rim. I travel about 30% of the time, which is enough to keep things interesting but not so much that I feel like I'm living out of a suitcase. In my free time I rock climb, sail, hike and spend as much time at the beach as possible whether it be relaxing with a good book or just playing. I hope everyone is well and I hope to hear from some of you!

Robinson, Trisha | 6/6/2002 at 1:37:32 PM | Hi again! Well, I suppose it's about that time to update my current activities! For those of you that did not read the last one, yes, I got laid off from Lake Orion GM April 17. Now, I just got a letter to report to work at Pontiac Truck plant on June 10th. Kinda scared, we all know how it is to start a "new job", but for the most part I am glad to be going back to work. To pass the time, I started being a consultant for PartyLite products. Yep, I sell candles!! Woohoo! If you or someone you know likes our products, or never tried any of our products before, please give me a call. I would love to hear from you! Besides, I'm still working on my first six shows to become a qualified consultant and you could help me get there and recieve free products at the same time!!! As always, I hope everyone is doing well and I especially hope to hear from some of you! :o) trishaann74@yahoo.com

(Caffey)Saunders, Hillary | 11/30/2003 at 2:32:45 PM | I guess it's been ages since I updated!!! Anyhow, I hope the 10 year was fun. I really wanted to go, but unfortunately things came up. My husband and I are getting ready to celebrate our 10 year anniversary on December 1st and I still like him!!! My girls, are growing like weeds. Ashley is now 10 and I swear she's lost her mind! She is now trying to be "independent"...it's not going over well with mom and dad. But, I am glad she has a mind of her own. Audrey is now 9 and she is as sweet as can be, but I see the start of independence in her too (whatever shall I do:-(). My son, Dawson, just turned 5 in July and he's all boy. I think he's on a sugar high all the time..lol. I no longer work for Mullally. He's a poop. My new job is great though. I don't like the office manager, but you can't have everything. I work for a foot doctor as his Medical Assistant. It's great! I have a lot more contact with the patients and if anyone remembers me at all, you know I love to chat! Now I get paid to do it. Well, that's about it for now. I hope everyone is happy and healthy. Feel free to contact me. acquiredtaste_tc92@hotmail.com Buh bye!

Weber, Wesley | 12/21/2001 at 2:02:52 PM | OK, update time. In the midst of a horrid Detroit Lions season our family has found some peace in our move from Michigan to Ohio. Although I would have never dreamed of being "magically whisked away" to Ohio, Delphi bought our parent company and transferred me to Ohio. Naomi, my 2 kids, and I are settled down in a tiny little community in NorthEast Ohio, just minutes awayfrom PA. We are surroundeed by Amnish, and it is quite beatuiful out here. We have found a local church, and are very much settled in.I recently was promoted to Senior Printed Circuit Board designer for Delphi Mechatronic Systems, and enjoy designing PCB's for several different automotive applications. I am part of a small engineering group located here in Ohio, and we are all part of the larger group in Chicago, Illinois.Yawn.....moving on.....Naomi has stayed busy chasing little Wesley around, and little Brooklynn is keeping her busy as well. She is a licensed nail technician, and does work from our home....which, by the way, I enjoy remodelling and stuff. I have gotten to know the manager at Lowe's by first name. (His name is Tom, he likes my buisness). Current project - Walnut floors throughout the whole downstairs...for us computer geeks, this is hard work. (But Marines are too roud to admit it we get sore, so we do it anyway)Wesley is 4 years old, addicted to "Hooked on Phonics" - is learning to read, loves sports and the Detroit Lions, He also wears a coon-skin hat around the house, and pretends he is Davy Crockett. His little toy rifle is sometimes pointed at little sister, but at least he plays with her and stays away from the garbage on TV these days.Brooklynn likes to watch Veggietales videos with her big brother, loves me to read her books at night, and all-in-all is daddy's little girl.Sometimes she is hard to discipline cuz she is so cute, but she has had her share of sore butts. :o)Anyway, all is well. I hope God is blessing all of you as well.Wes Weber
