I'm currently living in a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia and working as a real estate closing secretary. I married in May of 2001 and had a little girl, Jordyn, last October. I hope to see many of you at the reunion, I don't think I've been back to Michigan in over two years now, so it will be a nice trip down memory lane coming back. |

I've fallen a little short of my degree though, and am now driving a diesel, jumbo-sized garbage truck in Boise, Idaho--home of the world's largest Idaho potato. It may not sound glamorous, but some day I hope to have my own garbage truck to zip around in on weekends and such. Also, I've began raising pot-bellied pigs as a hobby, so if anyone would like one, e-mail me and I mail you one. |

| 1993 | (Willis) Ellis, Bambi | Aug 15, 2008 at 14:09:09 | Hello Everyone! I can't believe I just found this page. Right after high school I got married and had 3 kids. Tristan 3/30/94, Jacob 4/27/95 and Haylee 11/06/96. Shortly after Haylee was born I got divorced. A year later I met my current husband Kevin. He works at a recording studio in Ann Arbor and is a musician on the side. He makes pretty good money doing it. We got married after being together for 6 years on June 12, 2004. On October 5, 2005 we had a daughter that we named Isabella. She's his one and only and I have 4. I quit my job after getting pregnant with her and spent the first year as a stay at home mom. I loved every minute of it. Now I am work part time and have the coolest extracurricular job. I am unsure how many of you know that I am the biggest fan of Extreme. You remember the band that wrote the multi platinum song More Than words in the 90's right? Anyway, I've had a forum of my own dedicated to the music of Extreme and Nuno's (Nuno Bettencourt is their guitarist) solo projects for years but last November Extreme announced a reunion with a new CD and tour. In doing this their manager (who is the nicest man on earth) contacted me and asked me if I would mind turning my forum into the Official Extreme Message Board.... That wasn't a hard decision!!! I say YES, OF COURSE!!!! I've loved every minute of it! The CD came out today.August 12, 2008! The tour kicked off a few weeks ago! They came to 2 towns near me (Detroit and Chicago) on Friday and Saturday and of course, I and my husband were given free tickets and VIP all access passed! They invited me up to the show early to see the sound check so I got to spend the entire day with my favorite band! It was amazing. They are touring with Kings X and they rock as well! The band gave me my CD on Friday and gave me a photo pass in a venue that didn't allow cameras! I got LOTS of pics... until my camera battery died. They were so nice. I have a Nuno Bettencourt signature N4 guitar and they let me bring it in. Nuno signed it on the backplate and on the headstock! They gave us a tour of the back stage area/dressing room! During Kings X's set their manager came out and gave me a drum head that the band autographed for me! They held it backstage until after the show! Saturday we got to see them again but the security wouldn't let us watch the sound check. It was still awesome because after the show we hung out! I took pics on Friday... here they are if you are interested..... http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v315/Bamellis/Extreme%202008/ They told me any time I want to come to a show that I will get free tix and VIP passes! They are planning to come back around after the world tour. The new CD (Saudades de Rock) is AWESOME!!! It came out in the UK 2 weeks ago and it's already #13 on the UK charts. I hope it does that well in the USA! I forgot to add......When I got the New CD and started reading the liner notes I saw my name in there! They thanked ME!!!! Running the message board is probably one of the coolest things I've ever done! So if you still happen to like that kind of music and you pick up the CD look for me when you read the liner notes! |

| 1993 | (Schwartz) Meier, Donna | Jan 21, 2007 at 20:26:35 | Hello All!! Time for another update. Since my last update I have not done too much. I graduated with my associates, got a job at Lapeer Regional, and then moved to Valdosta, GA. I lived there a short while before coming back to lovely Michigan. After being home for a few short weeks I got a job with Stryker (a surgical instrument company). This company likes to send me all over, I leave for Houston in a couple of weeks, with more trips planned. My son is now 12 going on 16, thinking he knows what it is all about. He still lives with me most the time and spends every other weekend with his dad. It has been nice to run into those who are still in the area, the rest I am sure I will catch up with you at our next reunion. May life bring you all what you dreamed of, and if it doesn't hopefully you get a suitable substitute. |
| 1993 | Monroe, Brooke | Feb 13, 2006 at 07:02:24 | Living life! Some things never change. Best wishes to all! |
| 1993 | Morell, Dean | Dec 29, 2006 at 04:47:49 | Well, I know I have been on here before, along with Teresa. 2007 is fast approaching and as I go on line and read what my ex wife and I keep writing I realize how ridiculous we both must look like to all of you that knew or know us. Life is not a competition our kids are not a pawn it is just life and if I have learned anything over the past year it is that life is just to short to hold so much hatred, to forgive has so many more benefits. So for the New Year I am going to let go of my past and forgive. I am still happily married, although life has been challenging this past year, we are still holding strong and through every curve ball thrown to us we become stronger as a family. We both have had some major health issues, but life is looking up and we can see the end to the tunnel, it is during times like that you realize just how short life is, and what to hold onto and what not, we can't change the past but we can look forward to tomorrow. Our three kids are doing great, although they are growing up way to fast. Madison is like her mom, Noah like his dad, and my biological son Christopher a little bit of Teresa and I, a perfect blend of my past. So here I am enjoying and learning this thing we all call life and looking forward to each new day. I wish you and your family all the happiness life can offer. Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year. |

| 1993 | (Morse) Naun, Carolyn | Jul 5, 2007 at 11:15:33 | I really need to bring this up to date. I went to school in Massachusetts for seven years, stuck around for another three, then moved to Maine for three years, and now I've been in Salt Lake City since June of '06. I know you're thinking it, so no, I am not Mormon. I've been married since July of 2000 and had a son in November of '05 and a daughter in February of '07. I also have two cats and a well-trained Labrador (I say well-trained because my husband lists that as one of my major life accomplishments). I work full-time as a small animal veterinarian in a large practice outside SLC. |
