This taping can differer from person to person but in the most part it should look like this.

The Plantar Fescititis

This is mainly used for support of an arch. If an athlete is having trouble and they have bad arches it might be caused from that. This usually isnt used as often. It is usually used as a last resort to help them.

The Achillies Tendon

This is used to help the athlete have more support in the back part of his foot. this taping inparticular prevents the foot from pointing to much and pulling something.

Elbow hyperextension

When doing this the athlete's arm should be bent and have them make a muscle so that it doesn't cut off the circulation of there arm. This is used to help so they dont hyperextend it and usually injure it again.
