Ms. Grignani's Gradebook Administration

Procedure:

Export your grades from GradeQuick with the File --> Export --> Custom Export command. Choose the TAB format. Filenames must be of the following format: dumpX.txt ; where X is the hour of the class.
Use the Browse button below to select each file you exported above and click on the Send This File button. This file will be uploaded to your folder.
When all files have been uploded click on the Update Grades link.
The Send out Weekly Progress Reports link will send a progress report to the e-mail address that exists in the Personal Memo to Student field. Note: e-mail addresses are entered in GradeQuick by selecting Edit --> Memo's --> Edit Memo --> Note to student for each student. (This only needs to be done once as the information will remain in the gradebook file. )

Update the gradebook with the grades you exported above.

Update a student's record in the Server's Database. Normally this is only used to delete a student from the Server's database when that student drops your class or moves from one hour to another. You do not need to add any new students, as this will be taken care of automatically the next time you export your grades from GradeQuick.

List All of Your Students

Delete All Students from the Server's Database
